I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. While the dining options are a bit limited, the overall experience was wonderful. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the village beneath the stunning Melk Abbey.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right under the Melk Abbey and within walking distance to the Danube river. The rooms are spacious and cheerful, offering great views of the old town center, although it did get a bit warm at night. The service was exceptional, with a high focus on ensuring I had a fantastic sightseeing experience in Melk and Dürnstein. The dining experience was above average, and the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and below the Stift with a wonderful view of the monastery. The rooms were clean and nice, although having a small fridge and kettle would have been handy. The service was warm and helpful, especially in planning our local visits, but some offerings like the pricey wine were a bit unexpected. Dining was a mix; the selection was good, but some dishes were mediocre. Overall, a great experience marred only by a few minor drawbacks.
